Find a real estate attorney
Selling FSBO doesn't mean going it alone. In some states an attorney must handle the closing; everywhere else, a few hours of contract review is the cheapest insurance a seller can buy. Browse by state.

Attorney reviews & quality
Who can review an attorney?
Only verified American FSBO sellers — and only if that specific attorney closed their deal. Every review is tied to a real transaction, so competitors can't leave fake reviews.
Are reviews moderated?
Yes. Our team reads every review before it's published. We reject fake, abusive, or defamatory reviews.
Can attorneys respond?
Yes. Every attorney gets a right of reply to any published review.
What happens to low-rated attorneys?
If an attorney collects 20 or more verified reviews with an average below 3 out of 5 stars, we may remove them from the directory at our discretion. Their spot goes to the next attorney on the waitlist.
Why do you do this?
Because this directory is built for private sellers, not big agencies. We hold every listed attorney to the standard our sellers deserve.
